CONFIGURATION TEAMS AS LEARNING SYSTEMS FOR COMPLEX SYSTEMS CHANGE
 
Frameworks change in youngster government assistance and cross-frameworks change including other help divisions are required because of two turns of events: (1) New strategy orders (e.g., TANF, AS FA) and (2) Research on the co-happening and interlocking needs of numerous kid government assistance families. A four-state activity was organized in light of these requirements. Community learning and activity research bunches called configuration groups were organized to distinguish skills and to grow new help conveyance frameworks. Staff facilitators speaking to social work instruction programs were alloted to these groups and accused of their turn of events and assessment. Facilitators filled in as linkage operators for college communitystate office organizations, and they advanced educational plan change.
